Design & Build run a candidate referral scheme that gives you the chance to earn $500 when we place one of the candidates that you refer to us in a permanent, full-time, position. The following Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the $500 referral bonus ("the Fee") the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. The Candidate (“the Candidate”) referred by the Referrer (“the Referrer”) must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position by Design & Build Recruitment Pty Limited.
2. The Candidate must remain employed in the said permanent employment position for a minimum period of six months and one day.
3. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Design & Build Recruitment Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.
4. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. Please note that this payment should be declared in your annual income tax return. We recommend that the Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
5. Employees of Design & Build Recruitment and their immediate relatives are ineligible to apply.

If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Design & Build Recruitment’s database then Design & Build Recruitment Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.

We will inform you if we have knowledge of the Candidate at the time of referral.
