We can supply candidates on both a Permanent and Temporary basis.

Typical Recruitment Process:

  • We aim to meet with each of our clients at the very outset of each new business relationship
  • Where there is a requirement, a thorough job and person specification will be taken in order that we may best understand and fulfill your particular need
  • Various forms of print and internet advertising will be employed alongside the use of our in-house database and extensive candidate network
  • All applicants will be telephone interviewed to ascertain their particular suitability for further interview
  • Those that meet your basic requirements on paper and telephone will be invited for a comprehensive face to face interview with Design & Build Recruitment
  • A shortlist of the most suitable candidates will be provided to you along with copies of the candidate's resume and interview summary
  • Two written references, where possible, will be provided for those candidate's whom you decide to interview
  • Interviews will be arranged at your premises or wherever suitable to your requirements
  • Feedback to both parties and further arrangements for second interview, placement and beyond will be managed by Design & Build Recruitment
  • At any stage in the recruitment process, we will be more than happy to update, help, change specification etc as we do appreciate that the Construction, Engineering & Architecture playing field rarely stays level and is subject to immediate change at any time.
