The Client
Working with this successful construction practice you will be looking after a team of junior Quantity Surveyors. Currently in growth due to the re build you will enjoy working for a professional QS practice
You will be required to manage whilst being hands on with the support of the director whilst looking after commercial and residential projects.
About You
You will need to demonstrate preferably 7-10 years experience post degree and be efficient with clients and peers. You need to be self motivated, willing and be able to work to tight deadlines. I am ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- 7-10 years post qualification experience within a PQS practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and ambition to do well
