This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and creative PA to join an established and already successful Architectural Practice who are about to move into their newly appointed offices as part of their expansion into NSW. Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a positive attitude and pro-active approach. Providing PA support to the Director as well as being a vital part of the creative and vibrant team giving support, advice and creative flare to the teams project/client presentations as well as marketing and promotional material for the firm. They need someone with experience, confidence, creative interests and a happy and calm personality. This role is not for the faint hearted, it will require someone with a good level of maturity, initiative and be able to prioritise work and perform well under pressure.
You must possess excellent Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must and you must show initiative and the ability to offer suggestions where appropriate. It would be highly advantageous to have skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe, however these are not essential criteria to secure an interview.
Previous experience in a similar role with an Architectural firm would be advantageous however, someone with experience in other creative roles/companies will also be seriously considered.
