With a portfolio of successfully delivered projects including commercial, retail, residential, industrial and minor civil works, this well known and respected mid tier contractor has developed a reputation for delivering quality projects across Australia.

With a steady flow of work on their books and with the likelihood of more on the horizon they are currently in need of a Contract Administrator who has previously had experience with residential and commercial projects up to $10M.

To be successful in obtaining this role you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification(s)
• Expertise in letting and managing trade packages on residential & commercial projects up to AUD$10M
• An excellent understanding of risk and profitability
• Good knowledge of contract forms and procedures
• Experience in managing trade budgets and reporting against committed costs
• Sound negotiating skills
• Good technical knowledge
• An ability to develop relationships at all levels
