This is a rare opportunity to join one of the World's largest building & development groups as a Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager. First up will be a $200 million retail project on the CBD Fringe.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the total project administration team (potentially 2No)
- Total Cost reporting on a monthly basis
- Cash flow management
- Head Contract Claim preparation and management
- Management of subcontract claims
- Head Contract variations
- Invoice incoming and payments outgoing
- Turnover calculations
- Monthly Profit forecast
To be considered for this position you will require:
- Experience managing complex Design and Construct Projects, in excess of $50 Million
- Strong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least 5 years at this level)
- Proven experience overseeing a commercial team including Contracts Administrators and site administrators
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
