This company have been established in the Melbourne construction market for over 20 years. With an annual turnover exceeding $100 million they have completed a variety of commercial construction projects covering government, community, commercial, health and aged care, educational and institutional and interior fit out sectors.
After reviewing their business objectives for 2012 and in line with projects coming on line they are now looking to supplement their team with a Senior Contracts Administrator. As part of your role you will be expected to mentor more junior staff and play a key part when it comes to the company's largest projects.
Other roles and responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Administrator will include:
- Tender Preparation and Issue
- Sub Contractor Review and Selection
- Management of Sub Contractors
- Cost Management and Reporting
- Head Contract Administration
- Reporting and Cost Control
To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts Administrator you will require:
- Experience managing complex Design and Construct Projects with a main contractor in Melbourne, ideally in excess of $40 Million
- Strong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least 7 years at this level)
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
