They are probably best known for their commercial work, therefore looking for someone with this type of experience.  With the outlook to move more and more towards Revit they really need someone that has used this on live projects previously in order to hit the ground running. 

If you are looking for a practice that is realistic in its approach to architecture, and actually builds the majority of projects they work on this opportunity is really for someone that enjoys getting their teeth into projects and actually see them through to completion, something not available to all firms of this size.
