With a plan to further grow their business in Central NSW, this company are after an experienced Estimator to be based in Orange and help them win building construction projects in the region.

Bidding for building construction projects ranging from $1M to in excess of $100M will be responsible for:

• producing accurate BOQ’s
• pricing trades and tenders
• coordinating and assessing subcontractor price comparisons
• analysing designs for improvements and alternatives

To be successful in this role you will have:

• excellent measurement skills
• a good understanding of fixed price and D&C tenders
• good pricing skills including first principle methods if possible
• at least 5 years experience in a similar QS or Estimating role
• relevant tertiary qualification (s)
• first class oral and written communication skills
