This is a broad role and will require somebody who is happy to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Estimating labour contracts and purchase orders in accordance with drawings and specs
- Monitoring project timelines
- Producing Bills of Quantities
- Administering variation requests
- Obtaining and comparing quotes from trades, sub contractors and suppliers
- Generating purchase orders
- Maintain and update Databuild
To fit the bill it is essential interested candidates are familiar with the technical nature of constructing architecturally designed homes and are Databuild proficient.
