An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive Estimator to join my client's Melbourne based residential estimating team, which supports the business across Victoria. 

This role will encompass full management and control of site costs, programming, client variations and all other related general administration to aid the site construction team.

The successful candidate will have:

• 4yrs + experience in production estimating of residential medium density houses (Experience in low rise residential apartment estimating would be a distinct advantage)
• Strong knowledge of residential construction
• Proficient in Databuild/Buildsoft or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Immediate start
