Senior Estimator - Civil Construction
An experienced Senior Estimator is required to join this leading top tier civil contractor in Sydney. Due to the organization having continued success across the country, this contractor now has a need to expand their estimating team to help with the growing number of bids tenders. Within the NSW business, the main focus is within the transport infrastructure - road, rail and general civil projects!
The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years experience working for a Principal Contractor in Australia and would have worked on large civil infrastructure projects.
You will be joining an established, successful and reputable organization in Sydney and will be responsible for leading the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring you have the best competitive and viable bid/tender.
Experience will include:
- 5-8 years experience working for a civil contractor in Australia as an Estimator
- Have experience of working on large civil infrastructure projects worth $100m - $500m+
- In depth knowledge of estimating using first principle basis
- Preparation and perform tender submissions and evaluations
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
