As part of their continued growth strategy over the next five years, my client requires a Senior Estimator to join their current team. The role would ideally suit an experienced estimator looking to take the next step or a quantity surveyor looking to join a builder. As part of your role, you will be the face of the estimating team sourcing new work, meeting clients, and helping to market the business. With strong residential apartment experience and your added retail exposure, you will have a strong network of architects, developers and consultants to draw upon.
 
The company will provide you with fantastic new offices located within striking distance of the CBD and close to public transport. Your salary package will be commensurate with experience but can accommodate a figure of up $150k + and bonus’s.
