Our client has been responsible for changing the face of Melbourne s skyline for the past two decades. At present they are seeking a Design Manager to work on a $50m + D&C project on the CBD fringe.

This iconic builder has become an industry leader for taking on difficult sites and conditions and delivering lower costs and world class design. The culture is lively and energetic, the work is fast paced and the people are dynamic. If you possess similar characteristics then you will be seriously considered for this role.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience working with either a top or second tier builder in Australia in a Design Management position. You will be required to hold excellent communication skills and the drive, passion and commitment to be hands-on from the outset. You will work closely with design teams as well as other key stakeholders within the business, and long term career potential is exceptional.

For your efforts you will be rewarded with an excellent package in the region of $120k - $170k depending on experience. This role can accommodate an immediate start.
