Design & Build are currently recruiting for one of Australia's largest Project Management Consultancies. This is an important & key position for the business that will see the successful applicant working across a range of sectors - responsible for a portfolio of projects and a team.
 
Leading this busy team as a Project Director you will be responsible for managing new build and refurbishment projects for the ACT region however required to work with the business strategically at a national level. 

In order to apply for this position you will:

• Be degree educated 
• Be confident in networking and establishing new relationships as well as developing existing.  
• Have experience managing projects from inception to completion to the value of $100million
• Have a proven track record in managing internal teams & external
• Have worked in the Defence sector either directly, for a consultancy or a builder.
• Have previous experience working for a client side organisation 
• Be an inspirational leader with the ability to train and mentor staff
• Ideally have P&L responsibility in a previous positions
• Ideally be well networked across ACT although a person who is serious with regards to a move to Canberra will be considered
