Design & Build are currently recruiting for a Project Management Consultancy who provides professional advice to their clients working on projects from inception to completion.
This is an important & key position for the business that will see the successful applicant working across a range of Victorian health projects - responsible for a portfolio of projects and a team.
Being a lead in this team as a Project Director you will be responsible for managing entire projects ensuring things are run smoothly, managing a team.
In order to apply for this position you need to identify with the following:
- Be degree educated
- Be confident in networking and establishing new relationships as well as developing existing.
- Have experience managing projects from inception to completion to the value of $100million
- Have a proven track record in managing internal teams & external
- Have previous experience working for a client side organisation in health or defence projects
- Be an inspirational leader with the ability to train and mentor staff
- Ideally have P&L responsibility in previous positions
