Our client is a well regarded commercial construction/development company with over 30 years in the Melbourne market. Lead by a very strong management team they service many repeat clients as well as doing their own developments. 
 
Having secured a number of projects in 2012, they are now looking for a high caliber Project Manager to join their team on a $30m apartment project. 
 
As an experienced  Project Manager you will have vast experience working on commercial projects valued at over $30m +, with either a 1st or large 2nd Tier builder. Ideally having worked your way up from a trade background or possessing a construction related degree. You wContinueill have strong knowledge of OH&S/IR laws, and proven ability at delivering major projects on time and on budget will be pivotal in securing this role.
 
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a package commensurate with experience but in the vicinity of $150k - $180k. This is a great opportunity to secure your next role in a tightening market.
