This leading Fit-out and Refurb contractor has to date delivered hundreds of commercial, retail and hospitality projects across Sydney's CBD and the Metropolitan area. They have developed a reputation for quality work and are considered an employer of choice in this competitive industry.

They currently require an experienced Project Manager to run commercial and hospitality projects in Sydney's CBD.

You will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Proven experience delivering commercial and hospitality Fit-out and Refurb projects up to $10M
• Solid financial reporting and admin skills
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• An energetic and dynamic approach to construction
• Sound business acumen
