My client are a well reputed Design and Construct firm, who, due to expansion and diversification, are looking to add to their Construction team. Working as a Project Manager, you will manage the successful build of up to three high value projects at any one time. Criteria and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: · Ability to manage, coordinate, plan ahead and liaise with Site Supervisors · A proven track record of managing a variety of projects simultaneously · Co-ordinate and supervise contractors and suppliers · Have a demonstrated ability to ensure projects run to schedule and budget · Be fully competent in OH&S site management As part of your duties, you will also be responsible for the contract administration of each project as well introducing robust project management methodologies and systems to ensure day to day activities are streamlined and deadlines met.
