A highly regarded national design and build contractor is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a newly secured apartment build.

The ideal candidate for this role will have vast experience in the commercial construction industry in particular high rise apartment builds and have worked their way up through a trade background with tier 1 or 2 contractors or have a relevant construction tertiary  qualification. An in-depth understanding and knowledge of OH&S/ IR law is a must as well as previous experience on delivering apartment projects of $50M plus on time and budget is essential to be considered for the role.

 Other personal attributes that will be of advantage are:
• A fluent command of oral and written English communication skills are critical
• A can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team 
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to make quick confident decision in a fast paced environment
• Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
