A Civil Supervisor with extensive experience of working on Civil and Earthwork packages is required for a civil contractor in QLD. The successful Civil Foreman / Civil Supervisor will be working on one of their major civil infrastructure projects in the central QLD area.  The project is FIFO on a 10:4 roster.
  
This client is one of the most successful, mid tier civil contractors in Australia with a wide ranging portfolio of civil projects having been delivered across QLD and with multiple projects on the ground at the moment. They are currently in the construction phase delivering a number of medium-large sized infrastructure projects - predominately road, rail or civil infrastructure.
  
To apply you must be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor in Australia based on civil projects with a heavy emphasis on roads, earthworks, drainage etc.
• A thorough understanding of the civil and earthworks - bulk and detailed
• An in depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental
• A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc)
• A good working knowledge of delivering projects to time and budget, forward planning and an ability to troubleshoot where needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
