This organisation specialise in the design and development of high value housing throughout Metro Melbourne, with new apartment projects currently underway they now require an experienced Foreman to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis.

Working on apartment projects and reporting to the Site Manger you will be responsible for a range of duties from opening up and managing all deliveries on site to taking site meetings, providing progress updates to the Site/Construction Manager through to hands on work "on the tools" (Carpentry trade is essential)

For this position we are looking for an experienced Site Foreman with prior experience within the industry, applicants who have had exposure to semi-commercial/commercial projects (basement experience) would be looked upon favourably. Although offered on a contract basis this developer has an increasing pipeline of work and as such there is a great chance this could lead to a permanent role should you prove yourself initially.
