Our client is a young and dynamic commercial construction company. Established over 10yrs have developed a reputation for high quality commercial projects up to $40M and specializing in boutique Apartment developments.

Having won a $40m High End Apartment project in the Eastern suburbs, they now require an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team. The project consists of a two level underground car park, and ten storeys above ground. This is a fantastic project that will run for two years and will see you take on an informal role as a mentor within the business to younger staff.

As a Senior Site Manager you will vast experience working on commercial projects valued at over $20m, with either a 1st or 2nd Tier builder. Ideally having worked your way up from a trade background and possessing a strong knowledge of Victoria s OH&S/IR laws. Your proven ability at delivering major projects on time and on budget will be pivotal in securing this role.

Successful candidates will be rewarded with a package commensurate with experience but can accommodate a salary of u to $170k + Bonus.
