This leading Fit-out and Refurb contractor has to date delivered hundreds of commercial, retail and hospitality projects across Sydney's CBD and the Metropolitan area. They have developed a reputation for quality work and are considered an employer of choice in this competitive industry.

They currently require an experienced Site Manager to run fit-out projects to $10M in Sydney's CBD.

You will be responsible for:

• All aspects of the project from planning and costing through to scheduling and ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing and Scheduling site team
• OH & S issues
• Handling the day to day operations on site including site meetings
• The liaison between client and sub-contractor
• Conducting site audits and inspecting work to ensure it conforms to all necessary requirements and legislation

You will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Appropriate building or trade qualifications
• Excellent longevity with previous employers
• First class communication and negotiations skills and an ability to work with senior managers and junior staff alike
• A proven track record in the successful delivery of high end fit-out projects within the constraints of time, quality and budget
