Design & Build are recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a high rise residential project worth $50million based in Sydney. You will report to the Project Manager on site and be responsible for all the day to day site supervision.
The role will see you:
- Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders
- Liaison with client ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule
- Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager and Construction Manager
- Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
- Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions
- Programming and co-ordination of sub contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
In order to apply you will:
- Worked on high rise residential projects previously to the value of $50million
- Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including unions, sub contractors etc
- Have a proven track record of seeing projects through from start to finish
- Have 10 years experience ideally with the core in the residential market
