Top tier Quantity Surveying consultancy are keen to hear from experienced Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors in infrastructure to be based in beautiful Adelaide

The key to this role is experience within the building or infrastructure sector and be able to advice on costs and use your expertise to support projects. This is a senior role therefore you should have experience within a busy market and be able to work to deadlines.

Your duties include:

• Working across all sectors with the Quantity Surveying team
• High level of Estimating and Cost Planning
• Post contract administration work including processing variations and monthly claims
• Review of tender and contract documentation
• Preparation of documents for post contract control

To be considered for the role you need to demonstrate:

• Solid experience in a similar role with a competent level of M&E
• Working autonomously and be able to motivate yourself
• Rail, Water, large commercial sector or/and any infrastructure sectors considered
• Excellent communication and oral skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
