My client is looking for someone who is classically trained and experienced within a PQS Consultancy. You need to demonstrate you have worked within a professional organisation whether it is a global or local consultancy, most importantly is your commitment to your career and profession
If you can identify your skills with the following it would be a pleasure to hear from you
- BSC in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Member of AIQS/RICS or working towards
- Minimum experience of 5 years post qualifications
- Experience in cost management for principle delivery phase within health projects and tender stage
- Experience in a similar role from a pre contract side either in a QS consultancy or contractor
- Excellent communication skills
