My client is an Australian cost consultancy who offers services including cost, risk and project management to the Australian and African regions. Due to excitement in the market they are looking at building their Quantity Surveying department in 2012.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Production of tender documentation including pricing of documents
- Budget preparation
- Develop detailed cost plans
- Cash flow - forecasting and monitoring
- Financial reporting
- Valuation of variations
- Agreement and preparation of final account statement
Your resume should reflect the following experience:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics
- Member of RICS or AIQS or working towards
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Project experience in resources, infrastructure or commercial preferred
