This medium sized national QS consultancy has been operating in the Australian market place for nearly two decades. With a loyal base of clients covering the private sector and government bodies they are dedicated to providing the highest level of cost management services to the construction and property industry.

With a push to further enhance their NSW practice they are looking to bring in a director level Quantity Surveyor with proven business development skills.

You will have:

• BSc Quantity Surveying or Construction Management/Economics
• A minimum of 12 years post grad experience with at least 7 in a PQS practice
• Member of AIQS or RICS
• Proven local experience, knowledge and contacts
• Worked on a broad range of Projects
• Excellent communication and oral skills essential
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent reporting and financial experience
