Design and Build are currently working with one of the leading top tier Builders recruiting a Services Draftsperson. This role will see the successful candidate working on some of Sydney's most prestigious mixed use development projects, designing Mechanical and Electrical schemes using AutoCAD.

In order to apply you will:

• Ideally have 5 years experience 
• Be fully proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Be able to work across Mechanical and Electrical projects
• Ideally have experience working on very large mixed use developments

 This role suits a person who is currently working for a consultancy and keen to continue their career working with one of the best Builders in the market, gaining exposure to very large projects.  For the right person this is a long term opportunity offering a competitive salary.
