About the Role
Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, health & government projects up to $300M, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work over the coming years.
Due to continual growth they have an need for an experienced Bid Manager to join their new business team as the central glue across all internal departments to put together these project winning tenders. This role will suit someone who is looking for a long-term move into a company where they will become part of a vibrant and supportive team

The role will see you working across;
- Coordinate the production of tender submissions across a variety of project types and values
- Collaborate nationally across internal and external stakeholders, including JV partners
- Complete coordination of tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations
- Content writing for the wider business
- Assist Estimators / Directors in putting together Tender Presentations using InDesign
- Maintaining the company CRM system & content library to in-turn ensure a better marketing reach for materials across leads, opportunities etc
- Follow up clients on submissions, ensure feedback from clients is recorded and ensure improvements & suggestions are implemented in future submissions
To be considered for the role of Bid Manager, you will also possess;
- Must have recent experience working as a Senior Bid Co OR Bid Manager ideally in the construction industry
- Tertiary qualifications in either communications, construction, journalism or a marketing related discipline
- Must have experience in design & construction methodologies
- Experienced user of Adobe Suite and / or Canva and advanced user of Microsoft packages is preferred
- High attention to detail is essential
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgement
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $160k + superannuation.
