The Opportunity
As a Client Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their building journey. Acting as the key connection between homeowners and internal teams, you’ll ensure communication is clear, timely, and supportive from pre‑construction through to handover.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive. Internally, you’ll work closely with sales, design, estimating, and construction teams to keep projects moving seamlessly.
