Having established themselves over 2 decades ago, they've paved the way in Western Australia in the 1st and 2nd home builder market. Due to continued growth they're now seeking to add an experienced Estimator/Scheduler to the pre-construction team, with the opportunity to lead the department

This role would suit someone who is currently a Scheduler or Estimator with a couple of years experience looking to develop and grow in the role and move into a leadership position.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years Estimating/Scheduling experience for a Residential builder
- Proficient in Databuild (Advantageous)
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
This role would suit somebody who enjoys Scheduling, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.
- $100K + super (Depending on your experience)
