The Company:
Our client is a well-regarded, family-owned Australian company with national operations in manufacturing and project delivery, working with councils, developers, and landscape professionals across the country.
The Opportunity:
- End-of-month reporting, job profitability analysis, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budget management, weekly KPI reporting, and asset register maintenance.
- Compile and reconcile financial data for external audits.
- Ensure tax compliance, including IAS/BAS lodgements, payroll tax reporting, and submissions to local government supplier panels.
- Process payroll and general HR administration tasks.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions within the finance team.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
- Coordinate ERP customisations and upgrades, provide user support, and assist with system testing.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc finance duties as needed.
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Member of CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants preferred
- Experience using MYOB and ERP systems

- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Full-time - 12 month fix term contract
