The Opportunity:
- Report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and insurance repairs.
- Deliver a high level of customer service, building relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Learn and utilise industry leading repair management technology.
- Trade qualification.
- Experience estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs; insurance repair experience advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of the National Construction Code, building regulations, and workplace health and safety.
