Role & responsibilities:
- Design management and coordination
- Client coordination and liaison
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Budgeting, estimating and reporting
- Site establishment and planning
- Construction coordination and management
- Degree Qualified in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in Australia
- Proven industry experience delivering $50M+ construction projects
- Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration
- Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors
