With continued growth in their Melbourne operations, the business is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile D&C commercial fit-out projects. The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring project success through excellent delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects.
- Leading and coordinating internal teams and external consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, procurement, and reporting.
- Driving quality outcomes and maintaining compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
- Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.
- Identifying potential risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or similar.
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within D&C commercial interiors.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
- Confident using project management software and systems.
- Solutions-focused with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Salary up to $200,000 + Super for the right candidate.
