This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity, ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background delivering commercial interior fit out projects in live and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Drive quality assurance and defect management processes
- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site compliance documentation
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects
- Any experience across Commercial Workplace projects is desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
- Current White Card
- First Aid and relevant site safety certifications preferred
