Our client is a Western Australian owned and operated supplier of materials and earthwork solutions through Perth, and has almost 2 decades of experience in doing so. During their time, they have garnered the respect of not only their clients, but the civil industry as a whole, and are respected members of various federations and institutes throughout WA.
With significant growth over the past 24 months, they are searching for a couple of supervisors who have the initiative and drive to progress their career into a Project Management position, which will allow you ownership of projects through Baldivis, Two Rocks, Mundijong.
The role would see you working with the Operations Manager, and work with a company that prides itself on minimal weekend work where possible, flexibility around time off, and creating an environment that fosters longevity and tenure in the business.
To be successful you will have the following:
- Understanding Final Trim, Bulk Earthworks, and Perth Civils.
- Experience working in a similar role, with 3 years experience a minimum.
- Understanding Bill of Quantities, and proficient in various software.
- Strong communication skills, being able to build and maintain rapport with colleagues and clients.
- A commitment to travel between sites through Perth.
- Live currently in Western Australia with full working rights.
- $130,000 - $160,000 + Superannuation + Vehicle (DoE).
