Job Description

Our client is an Australian Civil Construction business based in South West Sydney. They are seeking an Accounts / Administration Assistant to join their team. They are offering flexible working, with the option to be a full time or part time employee depending on individual preferences.
The Role
As an Accounts / Administration Assistant you will support the Office Manager, Directors and wider team with the following:
  • Manage all incoming administration and accounts related emails and calls
  • Order stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Create and amend documents
  • Maintain filing and cloud-based document system
  • Monitor expenses and assist with comparing suppliers and their fees/costs
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Ad hoc administration as required
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you:
  • MUST have substantial experience in a similar role
  • MUST have related industry experience
  • Good communication skills - Both written and verbal
  • Will have a Can-do attitude, be career driven and motivated
  • Must have Xero accounting software experience
