Job Description

The Company
Our client is a boutique Fit out & Refurbishment company based in Inner West Sydney. They are seeking an Accounts Office to join their team on a full time OR part time basis - Salary $65,000 + super
  
The Role
As an Accounts / HR you will manage accounts administration and general HR duties. You will report to the director of the business and liaise with external accountant.
  
Your duties will include:
  • Bookkeeping
  • Debt Collecting
  • Invoicing
  • Coordinating performance reviews
  • Assist with recruitment of new hires
  • General HR coordination when needed
  
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • MUST have 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a small to medium size construction company
  • MUST have strong Jobpac experience
  • Ideally you will have experience implementing Jobpac or a similar construction accounting system
  • Good communication skills - Both written and verbal
