Our client is a boutique Fit out & Refurbishment company based in Inner West Sydney. They are seeking an Accounts Office to join their team on a full time OR part time basis - Salary $65,000 + super
As an Accounts / HR you will manage accounts administration and general HR duties. You will report to the director of the business and liaise with external accountant.
Your duties will include:
- Debt Collecting
- Coordinating performance reviews
- Assist with recruitment of new hires
- General HR coordination when needed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- MUST have 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in a small to medium size construction company
- MUST have strong Jobpac experience
- Ideally you will have experience implementing Jobpac or a similar construction accounting system
- Good communication skills - Both written and verbal
