- General office and administration duties
- Processing invoices
- Assisting with debt collection
- Assisting with reporting and payroll
- Updating weekly minutes
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
We are looking for someone who is a hands-on experienced in a similar type role with a strong eye for detail. Your communication skills, both written and verbal will be of a high level. Given you will be required to sit at Reception we are looking for a people person who enjoys taking on the role as 'face of the organisation'.
You will ideally have MYOB experience coupled with Microsoft office skills. A knowledge of the industry would be highly regarded.
