Job Description

This practice has been operating in Melbourne for the last 40 years, they are dedicated to delivery high quality projects and service to their clients. Due to growth an experienced admin and accounts assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a fabulous opportunity to work as part of a close knit team within a growing organisation. 
Job requirements;
  • General office and administration duties
  • Processing invoices
  • Assisting with debt collection
  • Assisting with reporting and payroll
  • Updating weekly minutes
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails
We are looking for someone who is a hands-on experienced in a similar type role with a strong eye for detail. Your communication skills, both written and verbal will be of a high level. Given you will be required to sit at Reception we are looking for a people person who enjoys taking on the role as 'face of the organisation'.
You will ideally have MYOB experience coupled with Microsoft office skills. A knowledge of the industry would be highly regarded.
