About the Role
Live the work/life balance dream in this part time position (3-4 days p/w) in offices a quick 10minute walk from Bondi Junction. This family-owned business within the Construction industry is looking for an admin & bookkeeping whiz to join their close-knit, fast paced team and own the processes across;
  • General bookkeeping – Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, including debtor collections & reconciliations
  • Weekly payroll processing for both Employees & Contractors
  • Superannuation management
  • Invoicing and creation of purchase orders
  • Generation of quotations and liaising with clients, general sales advice
  • Fleet management for company vehicles
  • Website maintenance
  • General customer service (phones & emails) & adhoc administration / support to operations
About You
You will also possess;
  • 2+ years experience within a similar role within the Construction Industry is essential
  • Proficient using MYOB & MS Office Suite
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of up to $75k+superannuation, pro-rata across a flexible part time working week.
