Job Description

Our client is a boutique construction company who are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their friendly office, based in the Northern Beaches
The role is temp to perm, working 2 days a week initially, there is room to gain an additional working day as the role progresses.
Your role as an Administration Assistant will be hands on working in a support team of 5.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Data entry
  • Document management: filing, sorting, maintaining electrical files etc
  • Liaise with internal and external staff to obtain documents and information to complete projects
  • Providing additional administration support as necessary
To be successful in securing an interview you will have:
  • Must have administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Confident communicator, ideally with experience liaising with external staff/clients
  • Hands-on and a can-do attitude
  • Ideally you will be based locally in the Northern Beaches and must be seeking part-time work
