Job Description

We are working with a highly respected Design firm servicing retail and commercial sectors. They are working on a number of key projects across NSW so need additional Administration support on a temporary ongoing basis. 
In this varied role responsibilities will include:
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Diary and email management
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Document preparation
  • Ad-hoc administration as required
In this crucial support role, your success will be determined by your ability to work intuitively and your solutions focused approach. You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring you build strong working relationships across the business. With your well developed time management and organisational skills you will excel working under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Solid IT skills with intermediate to advanced MS Office suite are required as is experience in a similar role within Architecture/Design.
