Our client is a National Engineering Consultancy based in Parramatta. They are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Document management: filing, scanning, printing, photocopying
- Point of contact for all internal and external inquiries
- Scheduling jobs according to client requirements
- Prepare information and documentation for projects
- Maintain records and internal systems
- Prepare invoices
- Additional administration duties as requested
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 4+ years administration experience
- Engineering Construction industry experience is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office package experience
