Job Description

Customer Care Administrator:

My client are a construction company who focus on pre-case panel construction across both the residential and commercial markets. They are looking for an Administrator to join their Customer Care Department on a temporary basis. 

This role will focus on the defects and maintenance of their projects so will be heavily administration focused with some light accounting duties (mainly invoicing). 

About You:

  • A strong background in administration and customer service is essential 
  • You must have experience working in property or construction - ideally dealing with maintenance / defects
  • Fantastic customer service manner - you will be liaising with Building Management, tenants ect
  • SimPRO knowledge would be ideal but other Project Management software's will be considered
  • Be able to hit the ground running in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment 
  • Be able to show previous ability to manage your self in a high-volume demanding administration role 

This a temporary position (2-3 months) and will be an hourly wage - negotiable on experience
