Job Description

Administration Office:

My client are a Building Surveying company based in Melbourne's north-east and have been operating for over 10 years. 

Due to an influx of upcoming work they are growing the team and looking for an Administration Officer to join the business. 

To be considered for this role you must have at least 12 month experience working in a Building Surveyors. 


Your Duties Will Include:

  • Efficient management of incoming calls and distribution of messages
  • Data entry and database management 
  • Assist in photocopying drawings and documentation of existing or current building permits and associated documentation as required.
  • Booking of inspections and typing of reports 
  • Maintaining office supplies

To be successfully you must have:
  • An administration and customer service background
  • At least 12 months experience working in a building surveying office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Experience of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
