Job Description
The company is currently building 100+ new homes a year and has been around for over 10 years. They do a mixture of home styles - custom homes, contract homes, and some housing developments.
The role will entail the production of construction documentation and details, liaison with estimators and site managers, and project coordination.
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Architectural drafting qualifications
- ArchiCAD is a requirement - must have used this software in a previous role
- Experienced working on da/cc for new homes
- Understanding of construction phase of projects and delivering on site
- Ability to work full time in an office as this is a permanent, full-time role
